Rachel from PRI models worked for me for the recent ‘Catwalk for Cancer’ event.  The event was a high profile fashion event which raised funds for Barwon Health’s Andrew Love Cancer Centre.

Catwalk for Cancer featured top Melbourne designers and gained widespread media publicity.  As a fundraiser, we required models to work on a pro-bono basis. PRI Models kindly organised for models to attend the casting, all of whom were prepared to help for  this great cause.

The model Rachel was selected due to her ideal measurements, great look, and fantastic walk.  She was a pleasure to work with, and was punctual, professional, and well organised.   The designer Anna Campbell commented on both her look and talent, while Westfield stylists were impressed by her also.

Designers featured included Anna Campbell , Jenny Bannister, Valerie Tolosa and Indiana by Freda, while Rachel also showcased outfits from Westfield stores.

PRI were more than happy to assist and showed professionalism and community spirit.

They participated in a catwalk show where they modeled garments from both Cactus Jam and Musto Equestrian wear. The girls were very professional, organised and a pleasure to work with.

Being part of an industry where horses,horse racing and fashion go hand in hand it is of the utmost importance that we maintain those high standards set by fashions on the field and the girls at the Primodels supplied to us definitely met that and beyond; hence forth reallly contributing to the success of the night.

Firstly i would like to express my thanks to you for taking me on for a internship work experience. It was definitely a eye opener.

I learnt many new things while working with you over the week, these include how you file many of your different documents. You also taught me how to log things into the computer and answer the phone. I liked the fact that it showed me the things happening behind the scenes of modelling.

I also learnt that running a modelling agency can be very stressful as you have to get companies relationships, organise expensive trips away and have many meetings.

I liked the way you scouted models as well i think it puts you in front of a lot of other modelling agencies because they find their models by waiting to be approached or through talent searches.
